Refund policy
Hello and thank you for shopping at Meaningful Tees!
We have a 30-day Return / Exchange Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that because we create each item just for you when you place your order, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. The exception to this is if you receive a damaged item, we will of course replace it immediately and you will NOT be responsible for returning the original item back to us, provided you email us photos that clearly show the issue at: meaningfulteesshop@gmail.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for CUSTOM DESIGNS as we would not be able to re-sell them. This includes all items in any of our Custom Private Collections.

Once we receive your Return or Exchange, you will be issued a Full Refund (for returns), or we will begin creating your Exchange Item. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To receive a Replacement Item, please take clear photos of the issue and email them to meaningfulteesshop@gmail.com
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it meets our return requirements (brand new, unworn, unwashed condition), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
